3 year patient came up with a broken milk teeth upper jaw left front tooth...
( trauma in left upper deciduous central incisor)
Pulpectomy (root canal treatment of milk teeth) is done upper jaw left front tooth.
The tooth shape was restored by composite filling (metapex obturation).
